Can I prepay my prescription online?
We only accept payments at the time of pickup/delivery. We do not currently accept online payments.
How can I transfer prescriptions from another pharmacy?
Please contact us, and we will gladly call your previous pharmacy(ies) and have your prescriptions transferred.
What if I forget to pick up my prescription at the indicated time?
We will hold your prescription for 14 days. After those 14 days, we will be happy to refill the prescription for you upon request.
Can I pick up my mother's prescription? What information do I need?
You must show the proper identification and you must be an authorized caregiver for the patients whose prescription you are picking up.
Can I use my prescription card at your pharmacy?
Yes, we support most major insurance companies.
Can you help me with Medicare Part D questions?
Yes, we have a trained Medicare Part D professional on staff.
If I order my prescriptions now, when will it be ready for pick up?
Most prescriptions will be ready in approximately 1 hour from the time you contact us to ask for it to be filled. If you are currently out of refills, or need it to be transferred, we will fill it as soon as possible, but since we must wait for your doctor or other pharmacy to give us your refill information, it can sometimes take up to 1 business day to be refilled.
If I have no refills remaining, can I still request a refill online?
Yes, we will contact your physician for you to request a refill. You will be required to enter your phone number so we may contact you at a later time.
Can you deliver my prescriptions?
Yes we will call to schedule delivery once we receive your request and phone number for contact.
